Our experienced and highly qualified medical practitioner uses anti-wrinkle injections to create a natural-looking reduction in lines and wrinkles for a softer and brighter appearance. The most commonly requested areas are frown lines, crows feet and forehead. However, muscle relaxants can also be used to minimise the lines around the mouth and nose, to smooth the chin, relax the jawline and neck bans and to create a life to the brow.
We believe it is very important to spend quite some time discussing facial rejuvenation options with each client and to formulate an individual treatment plan and timeline to fit into your schedule and lifestyle.
Our aim is to regain, slow down and prevent the ageing face. We look to give you some years back and maintain the smoothness and youthfulness with your facial features.
Somewhere along the line we all develop facial lines and wrinkles – we look in the mirror one day and are not too pleased any more with what we see … due to age, stress or worry we have developed some lines and this can play havoc with our self esteem and confidence.
We offer you a full FREE consultation to discuss your concerns and give you treatment options best suited to you.
Injectable muscle relaxants are used to treat wrinkles and improve the appearance when people frown or squint, this works by relaxing the muscle underneath where the wrinkle is sitting. Once the muscle is relaxed, you cannot contract it and continue to make the undesirable facial expression. Thus, the cosmetic injections gradually smooth wrinkles and prevent wrinkles from forming again. After facial injection it takes 2 to 3 days for the treatment to begin taking effect and around 7 days to see the full effect. Treatment effects can last up to 4 months.
Anti-wrinkle injections can smooth away those lines around your eyes, your frown line and even those forehead lines can be softened or relaxed completely, depending on the look you prefer. You can lift the eyebrows for a fresher look, soften the chin and reduce the downturn of your lip corners, as well as reducing the severity of those lip lines. Treatments are quick and you can return to work or play immediately.
Injectable dermal fillers are used to treat wrinkles and folds by placement beneath the wrinkle and or fold to ‘fill in’ or ‘plump up’ the depression. The areas most commonly treated with dermal fillers include the nasolabial folds (the lines from your nose to the mouth), marionette lines (the lines which form from the corners of our mouth to our jawline and vertical lip lines.
Fillers can also be used to replace lost volume in areas such as your cheeks, chin and jawline and of course our lips. Treatments last between 6 and 18 months dependent on the area and type of product used. Normal activities can generally be resumed immediately following facial injections. Usually the side effects of these wrinkle treatments are temporary and localised to the area of injection. The different types of cosmetic injection have different side effects, however in general possible side effects include swelling, pain and bruising.
